SUPPLIERS' ASSESSMENT 

 

Phases

 

 

There are three phases in suppliers’ assessment:

 

1. Initial Qualification (qi)

This qualification is performed only once, when opening the supplier file.

Formula:

(Qualification Sum / Max Qualification Sum) * 100%

 

2. Delivery Assessment (ae)

This evaluation takes place whenever a certain delivery document from the supplier is registered.

 

Formula:

1. (Sum Qualification / (No. of Docs of the year* Max Qualification Sum)) * 90 %

 

1. Organization Assessment (ao)

 

The organization's assessment is carried out annually and aims to update the supplier's qualification.

 

Formula:

(Qualification Sum / Max Qualification Sum) * 10%

 

With each delivery, the supplier rating is updated according to the following algorithm:

 

If c) organization assessment has not yet been performed, then:

b)   ae + 10% of a) qi

If not:

 

   b)   ae + 10% of c) ao

 

In order to carry out the three phases of suppliers’ assessment, several criteria were defined according to the qualification to be carried out.

A value was assigned to each criterion, which can correspond to a positive or negative value, called “OK Value” and “NOK Value” respectively. The total of each of the three types of qualification corresponds to 100 values.

Such criteria and corresponding values ​​associated with a type of qualification are listed in the following table:

At the end of the qualification, an indication will appear as to whether the supplier was qualified or not, according to the following criteria:

• Disqualified Supplier - If 0 ≤ qualification ≤ 70

 

• Qualified Supplier - If 70 < qualification ≤ 90

 

• Very Well Qualified Supplier - If 90 < qualification ≤100
